HOW CHECKOUT WORKS
All transactions are processed instantly through secure, encrypted payment gateways. The checkout process begins when you add items to your basket and review your order. You will then enter your delivery details, choose your preferred payment method, and authorise the transaction. Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as an order confirmation email.

CURRENCY
All prices on the Befessa website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£). If you are using a card issued outside the United Kingdom, your payment provider will automatically convert the total using the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will see an immediate confirmation on screen. You will also receive an email containing your full order details and a unique order reference number for your records and tracking purposes.

Befessa does not apply any additional fees or surcharges for processing payments. However, your bank or card issuer may charge fees related to international transactions or currency conversion. Third-party payment providers, such as PayPal, may also apply their own fees in accordance with their policies.
