DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for courier transit. This means most orders arrive within 4–7 business days in total. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

Is there a delivery fee?

No. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom at no additional cost. More information is available on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you deliver internationally?

At this time, Befessa delivers within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not currently available.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey via our tracking page.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@befessa.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Befessa does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.


EXCHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. Exchanges are available for a different size, colour, or product. Please contact our customer support team at info@befessa.com to arrange an exchange. The original item must be returned before the replacement is dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard returns process will apply.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Order changes can only be made prior to dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@befessa.com. Once your order has left our warehouse, modifications cannot be made.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment icons and full details can be found at the bottom of our website and in our Payment Policy page.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected using SSL encryption and comply fully with PCI DSS security standards. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide to help you select the correct fit. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on our website. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page and we will notify you as soon as the item becomes available again.
